Correspondence Importer for VIP.net
The correspondence importing tool runs on the server, as a service, allowing you to automatically import scanned documents ( BMP’s ,Tiff’s, GIF’s, JPG’s ), PDF’s and MS Word documents directly into VIP’s correspondence areas.
Features:
- Clinics can have workstations for scanning, where all documents are scanned to a common folder and there is no need to have VIP installed using up a license just for scanning.
- Images from camera and ultra sound equipment can be placed in the F11 folder and will import directly into the filmstrip of a patient's medical desktop.
- Outsourced typing can be returned to the site with the correct naming convention and automatically import into the correspondence area of VIP.
